Required: Answer the Following Questions in APA format. Be sure to properly cite the Federal Rules. 

  1. What specific information in an expert’s written report must contain to satisfy all of the requirements of Rule 26 (a)?
  • Outline the rules of discovery as noted in Rule 26 (b) of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. What are the particular rules as they relate to materials, experts, and those individuals claiming privilege? Be sure to provide a paragraph for each of these,  
  • What are the requirements for a testifying expert to produce additional information not previously presented that is expected to be offered at the trial? Refer to Rule 26 (e)(2) Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.  
  • For the Federal Rules of Evidence particularly Rules 101,102, 103, and 104. What is the key requirement set forth in each rule? Discuss how each rule impacts the presentation of evidence in a civil and a criminal trial.  
  • As per Rules 401 and 402 of the Federal Rules of Evidence, what is meant by relevant evidence? What makes evidence admissible in the court of law? 
  • As per Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence, what qualified a witness as an expert?  Under what conditions may an expert testify in a court of law?  Detail all of the requirements for expert witness testimony.
