Discussion :
Imagine that you have been appointed to lead a newly formed corporate information assurance committee.  The charter of the group is to find, evaluate, and implement improvements to the organization’s security posture.  The group has never worked together as a team before and they may have very different ideas about information assurance and its importance to the organization.Using one of the models of team development discussed in Chapter 2 of your textbook, how would you get the team to work together?  What obstacles to progress do you think you will encounter?  How might you deal with the obstacles?

We’ve looked at quite a few different models for organizational change in this course.  Which model would you choose to help implement an organization-wide change in Information Assurance policy?  What are the pros and cons?
