jacob, the sales manager at job , realized that he had forgotten to send out a reminder to his sales team to complete their apprisal forms. it was friday and their apprisal were on monday morning . he asked his secretary salma, to send an email reminder to all his team . salma decided to only send the e-mail to those who had not sent in their forms ,rather than the whole team . she copied in her boss and marked it as high  importance .jacob responded copying in the whole team to say he had already received half of the forms. salma was a bit annoyed as it made her look incompetent . ther were various replies from members of the sales team , some of them replied to all , others to salma , a few to jacob . on monday morning , jacob had some of the appraisal forms but was not sure whether to proceed there is a human resource policy that states he needs that documentation prior to the appraisal.
